Terms of Use

By using WotsGram you agree to these terms. WotsGram is for people aged 16 and over.

Your photos and permission

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
• Only upload photos of other people if they have agreed to it.
• Don't use WotsGram to create sexual content, content involving minors in any harmful way, harassment, or images meant to deceive, impersonate or defame anyone.
• Our AI provider may block photos or results that break its safety rules.

Your creations

You may use the images you create, subject to these terms and the law. AI results can be imperfect or unexpected, including how a person's face appears; review them before sharing.

Credits and subscriptions

• New accounts get 1 free creation. Each creation uses 1 credit.
• If a creation fails, the credit is returned automatically.
• The monthly plan adds 100 credits each time it renews. You can cancel anytime; you keep credits you already have.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.

Fair use

To keep WotsGram running for everyone, we limit how many creations can be made in a short time and may pause generation during heavy demand. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

The service

WotsGram is provided as is. We may change, pause or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the service.
